About Louis Khor

Louis Khor, RA Academy Instructor
A key member of GRAPA’s executive team, Louis Khor is the Lead Project Manager for GRAPA’s Proof of Principal Partnerships, where industry standard practices in Telecoms Revenue Assurance and Fraud are implemented in real-world operational environments. Louis assists Managers and Executives, tasking partner team members on the practical work of mapping, calibration, contracting and compliance of revenue assurance controls throughout the telecoms environment as part of the ongoing standards verification process.
A Senior Lecturer and GRAPA Certified Faculty, Louis has taught GRAPA’s certification and training classes throughout his tenure, personally certifying scores of revenue assurance and fraud professionals. Louis conducts GRAPA’s advanced training in specialist revenue assurance topics including GRAPA’s Revenue Governance Model and KPIs, managing telecoms risk departments, interconnect bypass, telecoms logical and physical security, etc.
Since completing his post-graduate work, Louis has been a Lead Consultant and Senior Analyst with one of the premier telecoms consultancy and analytics firms in the US, where he project managed Sector Analysis Projects on Revenue Assurance and Fraud as well as the risk impact of new technologies including Fixed Wireless, Metro Ethernet, WiMAX, DOCSIS 3.0, SIP/VoIP, Cable Telephony, etc. based on primary research and detailed forensic data.
He retains status as an Officer with the Singapore Armed Forces (Reservist), having formerly been an Infantry Platoon Commander, where he was responsible for investigations, interviews and interrogations, disciplinary prosecutions, as well as the inventory and audit of key assets including weapons, equipment, confidential records and documents, etc.
Louis is a Certified Master of Revenue Assurance Management (CM-RAM) and a Certified Telco Fraud Officer (TFO).
