Revenue Assurance Manager's Workshop

foundation for success

GRAPA’s Revenue Assurance Manager’s Workshop is a three-day course focused on the systematic implementation of a professionalized and optimized RA department. It provides managers with a comprehensive introduction to the GRAPA standards-based approach to the revenue assurance function, and it presents a step-by-step guide to the gradual, but effective, migration of existing RA team activities to be in better alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

The workshop begins with a one-day executive briefing on GRAPA’s revolutionary Revenue Assurance Governance - RAG101. Students will learn the three major functional responsibilities of RA (forensics, corrections and compliance) and the industry standard methods for assigning scope and responsibility, measuring effectiveness, and tracking the cost of assurance activity directly against the financial benefits.

The final two days comprise the Manager’s Workshop - RMW101 and RMW102. Here we will provide you with a comprehensive review of the different dimensions and disciplines required to establish, manage, and increase the effectiveness of the revenue assurance department. We will review politics, budgeting, HR management, goal-setting, objectives, KPI’s, and strategic placement and development of the RA department.

This course provides Revenue Assurance Managers with:

  • The latest proven innovations from RA managers around the world
  • Techniques for enhancing the effectiveness of the RA department
  • Roadmaps for expanding the scope of the Revenue Assurance function
  • Proven techniques to greatly improve the position of the RA department in the eyes of top management
