order to meet demand in the African region, we are hosting a
two-week training and certification event in Cape Town, South Africa. At this event, we will feature the 2011
edition of the Core Certification Curriculum -
Revenue Assurance
Foundations.
Additionally, this event features the highly demanded Master of Revenue Assurance Management Certification Training - Executive Revenue Assurance. This curriculum is the combination of three sub-courses that focus on the concerns faced by Telecoms professionals. Based on GRAPA benchmarks and industry standards, we have merged these programs into various training opportunities to meet the most fundamental needs of different revenue-related professionals, from RA Managers to New Product and Marketing teams to the CFO and top management.

Executive Revenue Assurance (XRA) XRA is the combination of three sub-courses that provide students with in-depth familiarity and methods for applying advanced revenue assurance disciplines to the telco organization. Based on GRAPA benchmarks and industry standards, we have merged these programs into various training opportunities to meet the most fundamental needs of different revenue-related professionals, from RA Managers to New Product teams to the CFO. *CP-RAM Certification is awarded to those students who complete the 5-day RA Management and Operations course after successfully completing RA Foundations and achieving Practitioner-level Certification |

After completing this course you will have a comprehensive understanding of how revenue assurance is practiced today, and you may continue your GRAPA training at any time if you wish to expand on your acquired knowledge and attain Practitioner-level Certification. |
