Revenue Assurance Training and Certification


In order to meet demand for a South American event we are hosting a one-week training and certification event in Santiago, Chile. At this event, we will feature the 2011 edition of the Core Certification Curriculum - Revenue Assurance Foundations. Additionally, the 1-day Intro to Revenue Assurance Foundations and 3-Day RA Starter Kit will be featured in Santiago as well.

We are also pleased to announce that translations will be available for those students who prefer to hear the content of the course in Spanish.

(CP-RA) Certification Training

Students will learn a governance model for the RA function along with the GRAPA standard controls for critical operational and technical domains. Professionals will walk away with a systematic and comprehensive method for the analysis, diagnosis and containment of risks to revenues

The Intro to RA Foundations details GRAPA's Revenue Governance model. It is the ideal introduction to the practice of revenue assurance. After completing this course you will have a comprehensive understanding of how revenue assurance is practiced today, and you may continue your GRAPA training at any time if you wish to expand on your acquired knowledge and attain Practitioner-level Certification.

Our three-day RA Starter Kit is the perfect option for those who want to establish a comprehensive, foundational understanding of revenue assurance but who cannot get away from the office for an entire week. The three days of this program include Revenue Governance, Network Foundations, and Billing Foundations.
