Overview
This course provides
students with a systematic method for the
implementation of a truly professionalized
and optimized revenue assurance department.
The first day situates
revenue assurance within GRAPA's Revenue
Assurance Governance model (RAG) - a framework
being implemented in telcos worldwide that gives
top management transparent and meaningful
control over the full range of operations. We
review this standards-based framework for
assigning and adjusting revenue assurance
activities as a mechanism to ensure that RA
activity directly meets the most crucial needs
of the telco.
Additionally, managers will
come away with step by step guide to the gradual
but effective migration of existing RA Team
activities to be in better alignment with the
standards and with the strategic goals and
objectives of the organization.
Overall, this course provides
the Revenue Assurance manager with a
comprehensive review of the different dimensions
and disciplines required to establish, manage
and increase the effectiveness of the revenue
assurance department. Course topics include
Governance, Politics, Budgeting, HR Management,
Establishing Appropriate Goals, Objectives,
KPI's and strategic placement and development of
the RA Department.
