Overview
This course is designed to
provide the CFO or Financial Controller with a
brief introduction to the New Revenue Assurance
governance model for the management of telecoms
revenue. It is an Executive Briefing session
designed for the Top Manager and Operational
managers interested in learning how GRAPA's
Revenue Assurance Standards and Governance Model
framework is implemented to give top management
a clear, transparent, and meaningful control
over the full range of operations in the telco

The new Revenue Assurance
Governance model provides an industry
standards-based framework for assigning,
tracking, monitoring and adjusting investment in
different revenue assurance activities. You will
also learn the three major functional
responsibilities of revenue assurance
(Forensics, Corrections and Compliance) and the
industry standard methods for assigning scope
